LandStrategy is a professional and dedicated multidisciplinary land, planning and development consultancy practice, launched in January 2024 by Adam Ryan, who specialises in residential development.

Adam has two decades of experience in residential development at the 'top 4' largest FTSE PLC housebuilders, including Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes, and Persimmon Homes. Also at a privately owned startup SME housebuilder, Backhouse Housing Limited. Previously operating in senior management positions as Land Director.

He has successfully acquired 55 development sites totaling in excess of 6,000 plots and equating to a total GDV of £1.5bn.

Adam is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
